30 Pulman Street, Berry
Individually designed Victorian timber farmhouse, simply constructed in the Georgian tradition but not following any particular style. Built circa 1860 and occupied by Thomas Pulman who leased the building from Alexander Berry and the Coolangatta Estate. The farmhouse is close to the site of the former wharf on Broughton Mill Creek. Pulman Street formed one side of the township which developed at the junction of traffic routes with Broughton Mill Creek.
