Nowra Council Chambers
The City of Shoalhaven was duly proclaimed and came into effect on August 1st 1979. It was resolved to proceed with a new City Administration Centre which opened May 2nd 1980 in spite of public objections against taking the facility out of the central business district area of Nowra.
