Sign Up Agreement 

Membership is free and available to all residents of Kiama and Shoalhaven Local Government Areas.

If you live outside our Council areas a visitor membership fee applies.

To join online please read the Conditions of Membership, click the Accept button and complete the application form. Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory. Please include your email address if you wish to be sent your digital membership number. If you do not have an email address, print the acknowledgment page or simply take note of your digital membership number as you will need this to access our online tools.

To Become a Digital Member

• Simply fill out the form and submit.
• You now have access to thousands of free online tools such as eBooks, reliable information, and much more!

To Become a Full Member

• Simply fill out the form and submit.
• Drop into your local library branch and confirm your identity by presenting proof of your name and current residential address (please see Conditions of Membership for a list of acceptable forms of ID)
• If you are under 16 years of age for Shoalhaven residents and 18 years of age for Kiama residents, you will need to bring a parent/guardian with appropriate ID with you.
• You now have access to our extensive selection of online tools as well as thousands of other items such as books, DVDs, CDs, internet access and much more!

Membership details will be handled in the strictest confidence in accordance with the Federal Privacy Act.
